Problem Note 65415: The SAS® Merchandise Planning Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) reverts back to User Group default settings
In SAS Merchandise Planning, you might lose your custom Quick Access Toolbar. This issue might occur if you are added or removed from your User Group.
There is no workaround for this issue.
